There are probably ways Sasha could have avoided this fate. Whatever she did to Claire Adams to piss her off, she regrets it already. Making her sorry is not the point, though. Claire wants to make her remember. She wants Sasha to see these moments every time she looks in the mirror or closes her eyes. She is going to hurt, humiliate and denigrate Sasha in ways that she will carry with her forever

Iona Grace has great features but not so good they cannot be improved with a little bit of imagination. Packing tape lets PD express himself. Or at least his artistic side. His sadistic side craves a bit more. He and Claire Adams are going to use Iona to satisfy that, too, though. She could not possibly have thought a little bit of humiliation was all she had to contend with from them.
